When Airports of Regions commissioned a new corporate calendar, we set our imagination free and used the most advanced technologies to let you immerse into the fascinating life of airports. The final result – 2016 Calendar – exceeded even our own expectations! Just imagine: twelve staged scenes from the airport life, which you dive into thanks to VR technologies. Yes, you heard that right! Every calendar comes together with a cardboard VR headset for your smartphone. A special app immerses you in a new 3-dimensional world, which you can view from all angles. It seems so real that you feel like it's within your reach!
How We Did It?
It wasn't an easy task indeed...We had to design and assemble a multi-camera system, arrange Hollywood-like filming, and burn the midnight oil over the program codes. But it was all worth it! We've chosen one common theme for the calendar. Every month represents one favorite national holiday. But a paper calendar tells only half the story and leaves the audience wanting for more. So, you run the app and put on your VR headset, and you're right in the middle of a twist ending to that story. Now you've seen it all!
