Yulia Antropova, a talented interior designer, made us all very happy when she approached us with the idea to present a one-bedroom apartment design to her customer using advanced interactive 3D technologies. Based on Yulia's 3D model we assembled the scene in Unreal Engine 4, optimized geometry, set up lightning and reflections, and added a day view and a night view modes. Our goal was to achieve the highest possible quality of real-time 3D rendering to match stunning static renders Yulia made with VRAY in 3DSMAX. The final result lived up to our expectations. We are sure that soon rendering quality for interior and architectural VR presentations will be as good as classical high end rendering.
